When manufacturing Nordyssk™ pots and pans, we use a three-layer construction system, also known as “Tri-Ply” or “Clad” cookware. We start with a layer of magnetic stainless steel, which ensures that our pots and pans can be used on all types of stoves - gas, ceramic or induction. Compatibility is guaranteed with Huber's Kitchen™ products. This is followed by an aluminum layer that ensures even heat distribution. This is covered by a final layer of stainless steel.
